University Innovators

Faculty, staff, or students who demonstrate leadership and measurable progress in translating research into real-world impact through commecialization, start up formation, or industry collaboration. These innovators have been nominated by the Provost or Vice Provost of Reaserch on their campus. 

Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR)

Small businesses that recieved a recent SBIR/STTR Phase II award and other emerging startups that have received over $500,000 in non-dilutive funding. Each has been identified as a high impact Texas innovator contributing to innovation and economic growth in Texas.
